Privacy
This page explains what happens to information you send us through this website.
Who we are
KEATESMEDIA is a UK brand and website business founded by Harvey Keates. Contact details for data protection enquiries will be published here before launch.
What we collect
When you send a project enquiry we collect the information you type into the form: your name, email address, and optionally your business name, existing website, what you need, a description of the project, preferred timing, budget and phone number.
Why we hold it
We use it to reply to your enquiry and discuss the work. We do not add you to a marketing list, and sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to anything.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in this website's secure database, accessible only to the owner after signing in. Public visitors cannot read enquiries, email addresses or any notes attached to them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond.
